Call for Pricing by Product or Globally
As a general rule, this setting should remain on "Show Price" (the default option), unless you have a unique business requirement, such as operating a wholesale business.
We recommend using this option sparingly. Most online shoppers will leave a store if they cannot see pricing and may look elsewhere. However, there are specific situations where this feature can be useful.
Global Call For Pricing
This option applies only to customers who are not logged in to your store. When set to "Call for Pricing," prices will be hidden from all visitors until they log in.
Logged-in customers will still be able to view all product prices
To enable "Call for Pricing" for a specific product, follow the steps provided below.
From your admin go to Setting > Advanced - look for the option "Global Call For Pricing Option"
By Product Call For Pricing
The “Call for Price” label will be replaced with the product price and displayed as Call for Price for all users, whether logged in or not. This rule is overridden for customers with assigned custom or special pricing.
To enable "Call for Pricing" for a specific product, follow the steps provided.
- From your Admin go to Products --> Product List -->
- Search for the product you want to use "Call for Pricing".
- Click on "View"
- Now click on the "Options" Tab.
- Now Check the box next to "Call for Pricing"
- Click "Save Changes"
