How to setup FedEx Real-Time Shipping?
Your Power-eCommerce store can be integrated with the main shipping carriers in order to provide your customers with real-time shipping calculations for their orders. This guide will show you how to set up your account registrations with FedEx and then integrate your credentials to your Power-eCommerce store.
Register with FedEx
To register your FedEx account, please follow these steps:
- Go to the FedEx home page.
- On the page, click the button labeled "Sign In" then "Create Account"
- Complete your Registration Process as prompted on the FedEx pages
Once you have registered your new FedEx account you will have a FedEx Account number.
This information will be entered into your Power-eCommerce Admin to complete the registration process.
Adding your FedEx credentials to your Power-eCommerce:
Once you have registered your FedEx account and have received an Account Number, proceed with the following steps to complete your FedEx registration process.
- Log into your Power-eCommerce Admin
- Go to Settings -> Shipping -> FedEx
- Select to make FedEx : Active
- Enter all your FedEx Credentials : FedEx Meter Number.
- Enter all your FedEx Credentials : FedEx Password.
- Enter all your FedEx Credentials : FedEx Key.
- Enter all your FedEx Credentials : .
- Enter Free Shipping (0=no free shipping) . If you would like to offer free shipping when a shopping cart total is over a given number this is where you set that value.
- Click "Save Changes"
Important Note
When filling out the Registration Form on your Power-eCommerce Admin be sure to enter the information exactly as it appears in your FedEx account.
